My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but there were some disturbances during the night. The rooms were comfortable and the service was excellent, although the noise levels were a bit high at times.

The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms with a huge bathroom, but the need for redecorating was evident with some staining above the headboard. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The location was convenient, especially for visiting nearby places like Alnwick, Bamburgh, and Seahouses. The dining options, although delicious, had a late breakfast timing that may not suit all guests.
